3. Connect your Google Ads Account to your Merchant Center account

Linking your Google Ads account and your Merchant Center Account is the final step before you can create Google Shopping Ads. These are the steps to follow:

  1. Click the Tools icon
  2. Click here to go to Settings
  3. Click here to connect accounts
  4. Choose Google Ads
  5. Click the link to open an account
  6. Enter your Google Ads Customer ID
  7. Send a request

You can connect these two accounts to launch Google Shopping ads for your company.

How to make Google Shopping ads

Now that you have all the information needed to launch your ads, let’s start creating Google Shopping ads.

  1. Create a Shopping campaign

To place Shopping ads on Google, you must first create a campaign. 

  1. Register to your Google Ads account
  2. Click on Campaigns
  3. Click the plus button to start a new campaign
  4. Select Shopping to choose the campaign type
  5. Click Next
